Almost 80% of respondents reported that they use at least one social network every day.

14.2% of respondents did this once a day, and 39.2% did this several times a day.

As it turned out, 24.9% of survey participants spent most of the day on social networks.

It turned out that the most active users had a 3.37 point higher irritability level than those who did not use social networks.

And the indicator for those who used them once a day was exceeded by 1.43 points.

Additionally, it was found that the more often a person posted information, rather than simply reading content, the more likely they were to be irritated.

And the highest level of irritability was recorded among social media users who are actively interested in politics.
