Knife
A knife (like any other sharp object) is considered an unsafe gift: there is a risk that the recipient will quarrel with the giver.
To prevent this from happening, you must pay a symbolic fee for the item.
Handkerchief
It is believed that this thing can bring tears and troubles to the recipient.
To avoid this, the product must be "bought". One kopeck will be enough.
Pet
It is not a fact that a gift of a dog or cat will make a person happy.
But according to the signs, the pet will bring only joy to the owner if you pay very little money for it.
