Belarusian drivers planning to travel to the center of Minsk this Friday, November 8, have been given some very important information.
Traffic on Pobediteley Avenue will be restricted in the evening.
The press service of the capital's State Traffic Safety Inspectorate warned about this in its official Telegram channel.
According to the data released by the department, traffic will be restricted from half past eight until ten o'clock in the evening.
We are talking about the section of the avenue from Tikhaya Street to Ratomskaya Street; the restriction will also affect Vesninka Lane.
The traffic police say that the reason for the temporary inaccessibility of these locations for travel is “the holding of an event.”
The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate asks that this information be taken into account when choosing a route, that caution be exercised and that traffic rules be observed, the statement said.
