In Minsk, an ambulance got into an accident on tram tracks

A serious traffic accident occurred on Monday evening, November 11, in the Belarusian capital.

An ambulance was involved in an accident on the tram tracks.

The press service of the Minsk State Traffic Inspectorate reported on the incident, which took place at approximately 19:10, on its official Telegram channel.

According to preliminary information from the department, the car was driven by a 37-year-old driver.

The car was driving along Masherov Avenue in the direction of Krasnaya Street with its flashing lights on.

At some point, the driver lost control of the car, causing the vehicle to crash into a tram barrier.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in this accident. The traffic police department of the Central District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk worked at the scene.

In connection with the incident, law enforcement officials remind: when choosing a speed, the driver must take into account the following factors:

– speed limits;
– current traffic conditions;
– visibility and road visibility;
– weather conditions;
– other circumstances that may affect road safety.
