Thanks to the prompt actions of law enforcement officers, the planned crimes were prevented.
The details were announced in a report by the ONT TV channel. They also showed a screenshot of the locations chosen for potential terrorist attacks.
Cathedral, university, railway station, shopping malls
Among these are the locations where the Holy Spirit Cathedral, BNTU, and the railway station are located.
Also featured are the shopping centers Dana Mall, Gallery, Palazzo, and Zamok.
In addition, the Arena City sports facility and the passage from the Kupalovskaya metro station to the Oktyabrskaya station are indicated.
The story showed a plan to acquire all the components needed to carry out terrorist attacks, including clockwork mechanisms.
The crimes were reportedly intended to be committed between November and December last year.

According to the TV channel, the organizer was a young man – withdrawn, aggressive, friendless, unemployed, living alone.
This citizen is also described as “mentally unstable.”
It is stated that he wanted to repeat what a former student of one of the local schools carried out in Kazan on May 11, 2021 (shooting).
Initially, the Belarusian imitator planned to carry out something similar (shooting, explosions in schools, kindergartens).
However, he later decided to take on a larger-scale crime, including in his plan places where large numbers of citizens gather.

According to the expert's findings, the homemade explosive device assembled by the guy (using improvised means and instructions from the Internet) was practically ready for use.
The young man, with the pedantry characteristic of some mental illnesses, described step by step what and how he would do.
In particular, he calculated the specific time to leave the house, designated ways to bring in weapons, and thought through other actions for his dirty work.
According to ONT, this person is currently in a psychiatric hospital.
