According to published information, more than 4.7 thousand apartments were purchased in Minsk last summer.
Thus, the total number of completed transactions amounted to 4747.
The average monthly figure is 1,582, which, as noted by the State Property Committee, corresponds to the average figure for the summer of last year and for the first 5 months of this year.
The department emphasized that one of the reasons for the activity of the capital's real estate market is the favorable lending conditions.
