A whiner does not see the positive not only in his own life. He is also inclined to look for shortcomings in those around him, and will see them in others.
He won't keep quiet about it, he will voice his opinion, he may even speak out in a harsh manner if he is in a bad mood. And people, as a rule, do not like to be criticized.
