Are the accusations fair? Don't relax anyway. Know that a decent person will not immediately accuse a loved one and put psychological pressure on him, even if he is really guilty.
"I will change"
This is too "strong" a promise and is very difficult to keep.
Moreover, this phrase is rarely said sincerely.
"No one will love you anymore"
But this phrase is manipulative. The man is simply trying to "subjugate" you. Don't give in!
