In Belarus, law enforcement officers used their service weapons to detain a drunk woman without rights.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening, December 17, in the Minsk region.

Then a concerned citizen reported to the police that in the agro-town of Bystritsa in the Kopyl district there was possibly a drunk person driving an Opel.

As reported by the press service of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate on its Telegram channel, traffic police officers quickly found the car in question.

The driver was signaled to stop. But he, on the contrary, increased speed and tried to escape.

Thus began the chase. As soon as the cars were outside the populated area, the law enforcement officers "used their service weapons" to stop the offender.

The wheel was damaged by a targeted shot, the department noted.

The foreign car stopped. It turned out that it was driven by a 31-year-old resident of Kopyl, with obvious signs of intoxication.

A medical examination showed almost 2 ppm of alcohol, the regional police department reported.

Among other things, it was established that the lady had never received a driver's license.

Seven administrative protocols were drawn up against her, including for disobedience.

The citizen was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility, and the Opel was placed in a guarded parking lot.
