A resident of Bobruisk parked his car near his house and found it in a lake.
This was reported by the press service of the Mogilev regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
How the car ended up in the lake
The incident occurred this afternoon on Internatsionalnaya Street.
A Bobruisk resident parked his Honda Fit at the entrance and went up to his apartment.
But apparently he forgot to put the car on the handbrake, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
When he returned, the man discovered that the car had disappeared. The Bobruisk resident pressed the car alarm key fob and saw that the Honda was in the lake.
The Emergencies Ministry employees, together with an OSVOD diver, used a winch to pull the car out of the lake. The vehicle suffered mechanical damage.
