What happened
In the village of Rudevichi, a local resident found her 40-year-old cohabitant and his 50-year-old cousin without signs of life and called an ambulance.
Doctors confirmed death. An investigative task force was dispatched to the scene.
It has been preliminarily established that the day before their death, the brothers were working part-time on the plot of a summer resident from Minsk.
In the summer resident's garage, the men found a canister labeled "Antifreeze." The canister contained a pink liquid.
During the day, the woman observed the men walking around with this container, and in the evening, she found them in a state of severe intoxication, the Investigative Committee reported.
During the inspection of the scene, two bottles of pink liquid and a canister with the remains of pink liquid were seized.
An investigation is underway, and the necessary examinations have been ordered. The preliminary cause of death is poisoning by an unknown liquid.
