Four saboteurs were killed during an attempt to invade the Bryansk region of Russia.

What happened
As reported by the press service of the department, officers of the Border Directorate of the FSB for the Bryansk region, together with units of the Russian National Guard and the Armed Forces, prevented an attempt to violate the border by a sabotage and reconnaissance group in the Klimovsky district.
As a result of the clash, four saboteurs were killed.
The remnants of the retreating sabotage and reconnaissance group were hit by a rocket and artillery strike and suffered losses.
The liquidated saboteurs were found to have foreign weapons, communications equipment and equipment.
Also found on the saboteurs were personal items indicating their affiliation with third countries (a prayer book in Polish, a Canadian flag, a notebook with notes on tactical training in English).
A tattoo of the 2nd Battalion, 7th Ranger Regiment, Special Forces Reconnaissance Regiment of the US Army was found on the body of one of the saboteurs.
Last week it was reported that the Russian National Guard prevented a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group from entering the Kursk region. The sabotage and reconnaissance group was destroyed using an FPV drone.
