Unfortunately, the injured motorcyclist died at the scene.
The press service of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate reported on the incident, which took place in the regional center at about nine o'clock in the evening on September 7, on its official Telegram channel.
According to the data released by the department, the accident took place at the intersection of Lazarenko and Burdenko streets.
At the specified time, the driver of the Ford was turning left.
By performing this maneuver, he failed to give way to the biker riding a Yamaha motorcycle.
A collision occurred. The motorcyclist died at the scene from his injuries.
The driver of the "American" fled. He was wanted. Recently, law enforcement officials reported that the culprit of the accident was detained by police officers.
