WSJ: Ukrainian Armed Forces May Attack Rostov Region with ATACMS Missiles

Foreign media outlets believe that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing to launch a new missile strike using Western long-range weapons.

Most likely, the target of the attack by Ukrainian armed forces will be the Rostov region.

According to the publication, at least four airports in the region that are within reach could become targets, the publication’s journalists write.

At the same time, Western experts believe that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are unlikely to be interested in civilian airports.

At the same time, the publication states that American specialists have compiled a map of potential targets for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

It shows 200 military installations located within the American ATACMS coverage area.

Let us recall that this type of weapon has a range of 300 kilometers.

From November 18 to 24, Russian air defense crews destroyed 5 ATACMS (USA) and 2 Storm Shadow (UK) missiles.

Announcing this in his address, Vladimir Putin called the tests successful.

According to media reports, the strike hit a Ukrainian military-industrial complex facility, the Yuzhmash plant.
