The Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM) declared the illegitimacy of the current President of the country, Maia Sandu.
The PSRM statement was published in the Telegram channel of the party leader, former president of the republic Igor Dodon.

Yesterday, the second round of presidential elections took place in Moldova. According to the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic, Sandu won, having received 55.33 votes.
Her competitor, the PSRM representative and former Prosecutor General Alexandru Stoianoglo, has 44.76% of the votes.
At the same time, Stoianglo won at the polling stations in Moldova (51%). Sandu announced her victory, Stoianglo called on her supporters to remain calm.
Sandu is an illegitimate president. She is recognized only by her sponsors and curators from abroad, the PSRM stated.
The party noted that voting at polling stations abroad and in Transnistria cannot be called free and democratic.
Stoianoglo won a genuine victory in the presidential elections in Moldova, the party said in a statement.
