A member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accused Zelensky of lying and called him a clown.
The reason for this was the Ukrainian leader’s appeal to parliamentarians with a request to cancel the meeting after Russia conducted combat tests of the Oreshnik missile.
What a clown! He himself gave the order for the Rada not to go to work today, so that in the evening address he could say what a HERO he is, and all the others are traitors! - MIA " Russia Today " quotes the words of Ukrainian MP Artem Dmitruk.
It is worth noting that in his address to his fellow citizens, Zelensky made several harsh statements about the parliament.
From his statement it followed that after the Oreshnik strike, the parliament was afraid of a new act of retaliation and did not come out for the meeting.
In particular, the publication "Ukrainian Truth" wrote about this. Citing sources, journalists named the threat of an attack by the Russian Armed Forces on Kyiv as the reason for the deputies not showing up for work.
Let us recall that as a result of combat tests of the new Russian missile system on November 21, a large military-industrial complex was damaged in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.
Earlier it was reported that the strike hit the Yuzhmash plant.
Russian President Vladimir Putin called the tests successful.
