Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the country's relations with the Collective Security Treaty Organization have passed the point of no return.

The Armenian Prime Minister made this statement while speaking in parliament.

Pashinyan's words are quoted by TASS .

What Pashinyan said about the point of no return in relations with the CSTO

The Armenian Prime Minister stated that Armenia does not veto documents adopted by the CSTO because it considers itself outside the organization.

According to him, the current situation makes the country's return to the organization increasingly difficult, if not impossible.

I think that here we have passed the point of no return, noted the head of the Armenian government.

He also commented on the statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin that the events in Nagorno-Karabakh had nothing to do with the CSTO because Armenia was not subjected to external aggression.

According to Pashinyan, Yerevan's freezing of its participation in the CSTO is not related to Karabakh, but to the lack of a proper response to external aggression against Armenia in 2021-22.
