It is specified that these veins are located at a depth of over 2 kilometers in the Wangu gold deposit in Pingjiang County.
It also says that a total of 300.2 tons of gold reserves have been identified in the main exploration zone.
The highest gold content in the ore was 138 grams per ton.
Experts unanimously stated that the scale of the ore deposits in the Wangu gold mine is truly enormous.
At a depth of more than 3,000 meters, gold reserves are expected to be more than 1,000 tons, with the resource value reaching 600 billion yuan ($82.8 billion) based on the current gold price, the Geological Survey said.
