The US State Department has revealed some details of the “victory plan” proposed by Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to the official representative of the State Department, Matthew Miller, the document envisages “actions” by third countries.
The plan for victory that Ukraine presented is not only about what Ukraine could do, but also about actions that states around the world could take, the MIA Rossiya Segodnya quotes the American diplomat as saying.
At the same time, Mr. Miller refused to disclose details of the plan, stating that Kyiv itself should talk about it.
Earlier, the Ukrainian leader stated that the “victory plan” was fully prepared.
According to Zelensky, the document also provides for “a powerful package of measures to force Russia to end the war through diplomatic means.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on these statements, said that Russia will continue the NBC war until it achieves all of its goals.
