Several people have died in Romania, and there are reports of casualties in other European countries, as well as widespread destruction.
The elements did not bypass Belarus's neighbor Poland either. Powerful floods were recorded there.
A state of natural disaster has been declared in the country. Local military personnel have evacuated 1,100 people from flooded areas.
