Over 1.2 million Chinese affected by super typhoon that hit their country

Super Typhoon Yagi has hit southern China, causing devastation to over 1,200,000 local residents.

Unfortunately, there were casualties. According to China Central Television, at least three people were killed.

It is also known that at least 95 citizens were injured as a result of the attack of the fierce elements.

The Russian agency TASS, citing Chinese television, reports that a super typhoon has raged in the provinces of Hainan and Guangdong, as well as in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The elements caused a lot of trouble: they damaged various infrastructure in cities and rural areas and led to a partial stop in traffic.

Chinese leader Xi Jinping has ordered increased measures to eliminate the consequences of the natural disaster.

He also ordered that damaged transport, energy, communications and other infrastructure be restored as soon as possible.

The Chairman of the PRC called for ensuring the safety of people's lives as effectively as possible and creating conditions for the safety of their property.

Videos are circulating on social media showing the hurricane ripping roofs off buildings and overturning vehicles, including trucks.
