This was stated on September 5 by the head of the Austrian government, Karl Nehammer, commenting on today's statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin about Russia's readiness for negotiations on Ukraine.

What Nehammer said about Ukraine negotiations

Nehammer said that Austria, as the host country of the OSCE, is ready to host negotiations and support a lasting and just peace based on international law.
