The best fertilizer for carrots
Gardeners and experts agree that of all natural and effective additives, the best results can be achieved using wood ash.
Ash is used in different ways.
1. You can simply scatter it over the bed. In this case, the fertilizer is added to loose soil, then mixed with the soil, and then watered.
2. You can dissolve ash in water and let it sit for 12 hours, and then use the infusion for watering.
3. When sowing carrots, you can make furrows about 2 centimeters deep into which the seeds are placed.
Then the bed is watered and carrot seeds are distributed.
And when everything is ready, the rows are sprinkled with dry ash.
This method allows you to use fertilizer as a means of protecting vegetable crops from pests.
