When choosing ornamental plants for your summer house, you should consider not only how the plant will look on the site.
There are many beautiful plants that cause nothing but trouble.
We tell you which crops are best avoided from planting.
What plants should not be planted in the country
Firstly, juniper. It suffers from rust and will infect fruit crops with this fungal disease.
Apple trees, pears, plums, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries will suffer from proximity to juniper.
Secondly, rhododendron. It blooms spectacularly, but the blooming lasts only two or three weeks.
And without flowers this plant looks boring. Besides, rhododendron needs special conditions.
In particular, acidic soil. On alkaline and neutral soils, rhododendron begins to get sick.
This plant also does not react well to direct sunlight.
Thirdly, experts strongly advise against planting maiden grapes in the country.
It grows quickly, suppresses other plants, and destroys buildings.
Also, thickets of maiden grapes attract mosquitoes to the area.
