Beets are one of those crops that only reach full maturity in the fall.
However, this means one thing: throughout the summer, the vegetable must be looked after as properly as possible.
For example, in June you need to pay attention to suitable fertilizers.
Which options are considered the best?
Manure (rotted)
It is not worth adding the ingredient in its fresh form, as it is not suitable, so we take the initially rotted manure. For one part of it, you need to take ten parts of water at once and mix thoroughly.
After this, we also add 20 grams of potassium chloride.
Fertilizing is done by root method.
"Cocktail"
This feeding can be done at the end of the month or at the very beginning of July. It is recommended to mix in a bucket of water half a small spoon of boric acid, a small spoon of urea, a large spoon of potassium magnesium sulfate and superphosphate.
You will also need to add another gram of potassium permanganate.
This is an incredibly effective fertilizer that promotes a rich beet harvest.
