Preserves the ovary and increases yield: grapes' favorite fertilizer - and it's not ash and yeast

Grapes, as we know, are not considered ornamental crops: they are grown to obtain a harvest.

Here's the problem: you can't count on berries if you don't take care to add the appropriate fertilizers.

What does grape need?

It is no secret to experienced winegrowers that this plant requires a high dose of potassium, but do not forget that not all potassium is the same.

Using potassium chloride for grapes is a gross mistake, since the introduction of this preparation, on the contrary, leads to the shedding of the ovary.

Of course, you shouldn't refuse to add potassium - just use it without chlorine compounds. In this case, the fertilizer will benefit the crop and promote the development of ovaries.

Another important element is boron. If the grapes do not need it, you can be sure that you will not encounter ovary shedding.

Just don't overdo it with the amount of boron, since its excess leads to the fact that the absorption function of the root system will deteriorate, and the roots will become more susceptible to the influence of external factors.

Spray the grapes on the leaves - before the flowering period and after it is over - with a solution of 10 g of boron and 10 l of water. The same preparation can be used for root feeding.

But regarding folk recipes such as potato peelings, bread crusts or yeast, summer residents have not come to a clear conclusion when assessing their effectiveness.

Earlier we talked about how ordinary green stuff helps cucumbers .
