Not all plants can be grown on a summer cottage plot: some of them can result in a fine.

Therefore, it is worth checking your garden for crops that are not permitted to be grown.

The Minsk Regional Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate reports on its Telegram channel what measures will be taken against citizens who ignore the ban imposed by law enforcement agencies.

What can't be grown on a plot

It is important to understand that the area should not contain any plants or mushrooms that can be used as narcotics or act as one of the components for the production of psychotropic drugs.

It is also important to inspect the area for the presence of hemp or poppy: their growth (even without the purpose of further sale) can result in a large fine. It is indicated that the fine provides for a penalty of up to twenty basic units. This means that you will have to spend about 800 rubles on the fine.

Events to inspect summer cottages across the country will begin soon - on June 1. The inspections will last until mid-September.

It is worth noting that last year such events were quite successful: it was possible to remove and destroy a large number of prohibited plants.

Earlier we talked about how to care for strawberries .
