Spring is the time of tulips. These delicate flowers with a subtle aroma are liked by many and serve as a great gift. But they also wonderfully decorate the interior.
But to preserve the bouquet, you need to remember some rules.
First of all, the lower leaves should be removed, the packaging should be removed.
The stems can be cut immediately, but this should be done diagonally. In this case, the plants will stand longer and absorb water better.
It should be taken into account that the procedure will have to be repeated.
Next, you need to prepare the vase. It should be clean. The water can be cool, but it is even better if you add a few ice cubes to it. In this case, you can keep the flowers fresh.
You need to decide on a place for the vase.
It is forbidden to place it near heating devices, as well as in places exposed to direct sunlight.
The water should be changed every day, but ideally twice a day.
