Increasing the germination of tomato seeds is not as difficult as it seems.
An expert of the online publication Belnovosti, agronomist, and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh talks about a simple way to sow tomato seeds for seedlings.
How to increase the germination of tomatoes
If you do everything correctly, the seedlings will sprout literally on the third day.
You will need: seeds, quality soil, a plastic tray, film or a cellophane bag, hydrogen peroxide and hot water.
We evenly distribute the seeds over the soil, moistened with a weak solution of hydrogen peroxide (a teaspoon of peroxide per liter of hot water), and sprinkle with dry soil (1 centimeter).
To create a greenhouse effect, place the tray in a plastic bag or cover it with film.
After the first shoots appear, it is recommended to place the seedlings under a phytolamp.
Earlier, the expert named the fertilizers that need to be applied to the garden first.
