Fill a large plastic container two-thirds full with chopped nettles and add water, leaving a little space. The nettles should be without seeds.
Close the container with a lid with a hole (or loosely cover with a lid without a hole) and leave for two weeks. It is advisable to stir every day.
Adding valerian root to the infusion will help prevent the appearance of an unpleasant odor.
After two weeks, dilute the infusion with water in a ratio of 1:10 and water it at the root.
