What is needed to prepare the infusion

To prepare an infusion that will make your indoor plants beautiful again and make them bloom, you will need the following ingredients.

• Onion peel is a source of flavonoids, which strengthen the immunity of plants, stimulate their growth and flowering, and also protect against pests and diseases.

• Water is a solvent in which the beneficial substances from onion peel will dissolve and be transferred to plants.

• A saucepan is a vessel in which we will cook the onion peel infusion.

How to prepare an infusion

To prepare an onion peel infusion for indoor plants, follow these steps.

• Take a glass of onion peel and place it in a saucepan.

• Pour 1 liter of water over the onion peel and place the pan on high heat.

• Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer the infusion for 15 minutes.

• Remove the pan from the heat and leave the infusion to steep under the lid for 12 hours.

• After 12 hours, strain the infusion through cheesecloth or a paper filter. You will have an infusion of onion peel for indoor plants.

How to use the infusion

Use onion peel infusion for indoor plants as a top dressing and preventative measure. To do this, do the following.

• Dilute the onion peel infusion in water in a ratio of 1:10. That is, add 100 ml of infusion to 1 liter of water.
• Water the plants once every two weeks with this solution instead of regular watering. At the same time, water not only the soil in the pot, but also the leaves and stems of the plants.
