How to Properly Store Peppers
If you are moving into an apartment in the winter, there is no better place than an insulated balcony.
You can use a basket, a wooden box or a cardboard box as a container – it is important to wrap each pepper in paper. In this form, it will live up to 4 months.
The second method is to sprinkle the peppers with river sand. Just put the peppers in a well-dried wooden box, put newspaper on the bottom and put the peppers in layers, pouring sand between them.
