Every experienced gardener has recipes in his arsenal that allow him to get a good harvest.
But how to preserve tasty peppers until spring? Many gardeners believe that this task is as difficult as growing them.
Of course, you need to follow the basic storage rules - monitor the humidity and sort the peppers so that they do not get sick.
Let's turn to the advice of the expert of the online publication "Belnovosti" and agronomist Anastasia Kovrizhnykh.
How to Properly Store Peppers
If you are moving into an apartment in the winter, there is no better place than an insulated balcony.
You can use a basket, a wooden box or a cardboard box as a container – it is important to wrap each pepper in paper. In this form, it will live up to 4 months.
The second method is to sprinkle the peppers with river sand. Just put the peppers in a well-dried wooden box, put newspaper on the bottom and put the peppers in layers, pouring sand between them.
