According to the specialist, the main factor on which 50% of the success of the operation depends is the choice of the right variety.
So, the following varieties of radish are suitable for growing at home:
- "Alice";
- "Dusya";
- "Leshka";
- "Globe" and others.
The remaining 50% is agricultural technology. This is how to proceed.
First, fill the box (another deep container will do) with soil and water it.
An important condition: the container for growing radishes must be “equipped” with drainage.
Now place the radish seeds into the furrows to a depth of 1 cm, leaving a free space of 10 cm between them (the furrows). The gap between the seeds should be 3 cm.
Cover the seeds with soil and water again.
All that remains is to cover the containers with film and wait for the shoots to appear, after which the cover must be removed and the radishes must be moved under phytolamps.
