Passers-by will stop to admire the luxurious bloom.

The composition will revive even the “naked” geranium, which stubbornly refuses to bloom.

Geranium remedy

Dissolve 1 drop of iodine in 1 liter of water. Then add 10 drops of hydrogen peroxide to the mixture.

Next, water the geranium with regular water and wait until the moisture is absorbed. Then use the prepared solution - 100 ml per plant.

Before flowering, geraniums are watered with the solution once a week for a month.

Care instructions

1. Geranium needs bright but not direct sunlight. If the plant is on the north side of the house or apartment, it can be placed on the south side, using screens or other devices to diffuse the light. You can also use artificial light sources, such as fluorescent lamps.

2. Geranium prefers moderate temperatures ranging from 18 to 24 °C. Too low a temperature can lead to slow growth and lack of flowering, and too high a temperature can cause leaf burns.

3. Geranium likes moderate watering, but not overwatering. Water the plant only when the top layer of soil dries to a depth of about 1 cm. Use soft water at room temperature.

4. Geranium can be fed with fertilizers for flowering plants once a month. Use fertilizers with a low nitrogen content, as an excess of this element can lead to the growth of green mass at the expense of flowering.

5. Prune geraniums in spring to encourage growth and flowering. Remove any spent flowers and leaves that may interfere with new growth.

6. Repot your geranium every 2-3 years into fresh potting soil. The pot should be large enough to accommodate the plant's roots. Make sure the soil is well-drained before repotting.
