Aspirin is not only an effective medicine.
Many experienced gardeners use such tablets as a “garden” remedy.
The fact is that a liquid prepared on the basis of aspirin can protect many plants from serious diseases.
As a result, the chances of getting a good harvest of some vegetables and berries increase. What crops exactly are we talking about?
Tomatoes
Aspirin solution (two and a half tablets per bucket of water) has a positive effect on tomato bushes.
If you spray the plant with this liquid every month, the immunity of the garden crop will be increased.
Tomatoes are unlikely to encounter late blight, a very common disease.
However, the “aspirin” life hack will only work if you start carrying out the procedure at the earliest stage of the plant’s development.
Cucumbers
Dissolving two aspirin tablets in a bucket of clean liquid will create a mildew remedy.
It is advisable to add a little soap and sunflower oil to the prepared liquid so that the solution “sticks” to the leaves.
A single spraying should be enough to rid the plant of the disease. However, it is advisable to use aspirin as a preventive measure.
Currants and gooseberries
Aspirin demonstrates a similar effect when treating some fruit bushes.
Prepare the same product as for cucumbers, spray the plants - and at the time of harvesting the gardener will definitely not be disappointed with the quantity and quality of the collected berries.
