Almost the main task that summer residents who are thinking about growing parsley on their own plot have to complete is choosing seeds.

The seed material must be of high quality, but it is better to avoid using expired seeds - you will not be able to wait for shoots from a good part of them.

If you have completed this step, further actions will not cause you any difficulties.

So, to speed up germination, the seeds need to be soaked in water. Line a small container with gauze or cotton pads folded in several layers, moisten the material with warm water and place the seeds on it.

They should stay here for 3-4 days (don’t forget to change the water periodically during this time), after which the seeds should be dried.

Without any fuss, fill disposable plastic cups with purchased soil, in which you should make a hole about 1 cm deep - this is where you should place a pinch of seeds.

Cover the seed with soil and water it a little, after which you can cover the containers with film and take them to a place where the air temperature is maintained at +21-22 degrees.

Keep the soil moist until the seeds emerge, which usually takes 15-20 days.

According to gardeners who adhere to this method of growing parsley, plants can be transplanted into open ground as early as the beginning of May.
