During the entire summer season, peppers need to be fed several times.
The procedure can be carried out for the first time just a few days after planting the plant in the garden.
Fertilizer should also be applied during the period of fruit formation.
The procedure is also extremely beneficial during the flowering period. However, certain fertilizers must be used.
First fertilization
During the flowering period of the plant and before the beginning of fruiting, it is advisable to feed the garden crop with an infusion prepared on the basis of mullein and nettle.
There should be exactly one liter of cow manure and half a kilo of green mass per bucket of water. The fertilizer will be ready in 7 days.
Second fertilization
Of course, "organic" will bring great benefit to the plant. But we should not forget about the importance of mineral fertilizers.
Flowering pepper needs nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. Add superphosphate (50 g), ammonium nitrate (15 g) and potassium salt (1 tbsp) to a bucket filled with clean liquid.
Both organic and mineral fertilizers should be applied under the roots in the following volume: one liter of liquid per pepper bush.
If you follow all the above procedures, the plant will bear fruit abundantly. Each vegetable will be juicy and have a bright taste.
