First, you need to choose a container. Even a standard sour cream cup with a capacity of 300 to 400 ml will do.
The lid should be transparent, with additional holes in it to allow air to reach the seeds and prevent condensation from forming.
Then the cup needs to be filled 2/3 full with moistened soil for seedlings.
On top of the soil you can sprinkle a thin layer of moistened perlite.
The seeds should be lowered carefully, preferably using a damp cotton swab. There is no need to deepen the granules.
Next, you need to lightly spray water on the crops, then cover the container with a lid and place it in a warm and light place.
The lid should not be removed until the first leaves appear. It can be removed periodically for 15 minutes to ventilate and moisten the soil.
As soon as the shoots appear, you should use a phytolamp and lower the temperature.
Therefore, it is advisable to keep the cups under the lamp around the clock, but in the evening you can turn it off for 4-5 hours.
