It is difficult to imagine a bountiful harvest of hot peppers, or any other crop, without fertilizers.
Experienced gardeners advise starting fertilizing already at the stage of growing seedlings.
The first should be applied 5 days after picking. To do this, you will need to prepare a solution consisting of 5 liters of water and 1 teaspoon of potassium monophosphate.
This fertilizer has a beneficial effect on the growth of the root system.
The second time you should prepare the nutrient solution 3 days after transferring it into a larger pot (500 ml).
This time you will need potassium nitrate – 1 teaspoon per 4 liters of water.
The third feeding is carried out a week before the seedlings “migrate” into the soil to speed up and facilitate their adaptation process.
This time you will have to carry out foliar treatment with potassium humate. To prepare the working solution, refer to the instructions on the package.
