Why do leaves curl?

There is no particular sense in pouring water and adding fertilizers. You can soften the sunstroke for tomatoes. For example, in hot weather you can cover the greenhouse with a light cloth or paint it with lime.
In both cases, the sun's rays will be reflected, creating a light partial shade and making the plantings more comfortable.
