Many gardeners do not think about what to treat garden crops on their plot. The easiest way is to buy effective and fast chemicals in a special store.
The consequences of using such products usually manifest themselves in small children in the form of various allergies and poisoning. But our grandmothers did not use anything like that at all, but the harvests they got were safer for health.
They used simple folk remedies for feeding and in the fight against pests and plant diseases.
Common nettle is one of the many plants used to prepare various decoctions and infusions.
The correct nettle infusion
Nettle is rich in nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and other nutrients, which is why it is considered the most useful plant for plant nutrition.
Prepare an infusion: pour 2 buckets of clean water into a 50-liter barrel, add 200-250 grams of sugar, and fill the entire free space with chopped fresh nettle. Add 60 ml of any organic waste destructor to this mixture. There are a lot of them now, for example: "EM-Baikal", "Organic-balance" or "Trichodermin".
With the help of these preparations, organic matter decomposes very quickly.
Add water to the barrel, but not to the very top, so that the entire mixture does not "flow out" during intensive fermentation. Open the lid from time to time, stir the contents and release the accumulated gases.
If the environment is kept warm, the decomposition process will be faster.
After checking the infusion again, you will feel a purulent smell. This means that your infusion is ready for use.
Take 0.2-0.5 liters of nettle infusion, dilute it in 10 liters of water and water your garden beds with garden crops.
