Horseradish is one of the most unpretentious crops, which is often used in cooking, for example, when preparing winter pickles and marinades.

But there is one serious disadvantage to growing horseradish. The whole problem is that it quickly spreads across the plot, and it can be very difficult to get rid of it completely. But there is still a way out. It is important to approach the matter responsibly.

How to remove horseradish

There are several ways.

The first option assumes that the bushes should be covered with thick material in the spring and left for 2-3 years. The plant will not be able to survive for so long without light.

The second method involves treating horseradish during the growing season with any herbicide. But it is very important to act carefully so as not to affect other plants on the site.

The last option assumes that you need to loosen the soil under the root and pour a kilogram of salt or saltpeter there. You can make a liquid solution and dilute 3 kilograms of saltpeter in 10 liters of water, and then water the horseradish bush.
