Experienced gardeners always have in their arsenal recipes for lethal tinctures against pests that encroach on the life of their favorite plants.
Some of them are so simple that they consist of only one ingredient. But this does not reduce their effectiveness in the fight against uninvited guests.
To get rid of pests once and for all, you will need garlic. The vegetable contains substances that are destructive to many insects. It is not for nothing that garlic is even planted next to certain crops to protect them from pests.
In this case, you will need 50-100 g of crushed garlic. The mass is poured with 1 liter of warm water, and then the container with the infusion is placed in a dark place. The remedy is prepared for 3-4 days.
Next, the infusion needs to be filtered, removing the sediment. The liquid is diluted with another 1 liter of water at room temperature, then poured into a spray bottle and sprayed on the "green pets".
Midges especially do not like this infusion, as they often appear in winter when the watering regime is violated. Constantly damp soil attracts insects that lay eggs in flower pots. Garlic infusion will discourage pests from plantings on the windowsill.
