When growing parsley, proper seed treatment is important.
An expert of the online publication Belnovosti, agronomist, and landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh revealed three methods that can speed up the germination of parsley seeds.
1. Before placing the seeds in open ground, they should be soaked in hot water for half an hour, the temperature of which is approximately 45-50 degrees.
After this, rinse the seeds and soak them overnight in fresh warm water. In the morning, all that remains is to dry the seeds, and you can sow.
2. Parsley can be poured into a bag made of natural fabric, which should be buried in damp soil.
Here the seed material should lie for several days, after which the swollen seeds can be planted in the garden bed.
3. This method requires strong alcohol. Parsley seeds should be soaked in vodka for 10-15 minutes (no more), and then rinsed thoroughly in running water.
Now you need to dry the seeds by laying them out on a towel and, of course, plant them.
