In summer, almost every window sill is covered with petunias. But in order for them to grow lushly and brightly, they need to be properly cared for.

Petunia flowers begin blooming in late spring and continue to bloom throughout the summer and fall.

For lush flowering, flowers need to be pinched, but low-growing varieties do not need such manipulation.

After pinching, the bushes are formed and the flowers and buds are treated.

Then the flowers are planted in beds, flower beds or pots. Favorable soil for petunias is a mixture of sand, turf soil, peat and compost.

Don't forget about complex mineral fertilizer, which is applied in granules.

Every time you moisten the soil, the flower will receive nutrition.

You can put hydrogel in the ground with a size of 2 to 4 mm.

Don't forget to remove dried flowers and the peduncle, which takes all the energy from the flower. Also feed petunias with fertilizers that contain potassium and phosphorus.

We wish your petunias good flowering!
