In their quest to harvest tomatoes by the bucketful, gardeners use a variety of recipes. We will share one of them with you today.
For this you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 loaf of rye bread;
- 500 g ash;
- ½ bucket of fresh mullein;
- 1 pack of dry yeast;
- 1 cup sugar;
- chopped herbs (nettle, plantain, wormwood).
In addition, you will need a container with a capacity of at least 50 liters.
Throw all the ingredients inside and fill to the top with water, then cover the barrel tightly with a lid.
After 10 days, the infusion should be stirred and left to mature for another 2 days.
Now dilute 2 liters of the prepared fertilizer in 10 liters of water and you can start watering the tomato beds. A small bush will need 1 liter, while large adult bushes need 2 liters of infusion.
Experienced gardeners advise using the remaining fertilizer for watering the garden.
