In addition to using chemicals, proven folk methods will help solve this problem.
Vineyard treatment is usually carried out by spraying and watering the soil near the plant bushes, followed by loosening it, and then mulching it on top with a layer of peat or compost.
Grape diseases
These are various fungal diseases that grapes are often affected by, namely, downy mildew, powdery mildew or odium, anthricosis, black, gray, rot and black spot.
Pest infestation
The most dangerous insects that attack vineyards are phylloxera, the marbled cockchafer and its larva, leafhoppers, spider mites, wasps, snails and slugs.
Vineyard processing period
The first treatment is carried out in the spring, when the weather gets warm, and after the protective material has been removed from the vineyard.

Folk remedies.
•Iodine tincture. Dissolve one bottle of iodine in 5 liters of water. This remedy is very effective against gray mold. Carry out the treatment when the first leaves appear on the vineyard.
• Garlic tincture. To do this, pour half a liter of water over 50 grams of crushed garlic cloves, let it brew for several hours, and then top up to 1 liter of water. This remedy is considered effective against all types of mites. This treatment should be carried out in the spring before flowering.
•Milk solution. Dissolve 1 liter of skim milk in 10 liters of water. This solution helps with powdery mildew infection of the vineyard. The treatment should be carried out throughout the entire vegetation period of the plant.
•A solution of laundry soap, water and wood ash in a 1:1:1 ratio. Apply it at the first signs of disease in the vineyard.
•Infusion of onion peel in water. Infuse the onion peel for two days. The remedy works well against all pests during the entire growing season of the grapevine.
