Just one mistake can make orchid lovers wait for their plant to bloom.

Many people want to make orchids bloom, because they are a real decoration for the home. The plant is unofficially almost the main one in the home flower garden.

However, in order for the "green pet" to produce many flower stalks, you need to remember one rule. It is often either not known or deliberately neglected.

The nuance concerns the arrows. The green flower stalk is alive, the sap flow continues, even when all the petals have fallen. Florists make a mistake by cutting it off right away. This creates serious stress, which greatly harms the orchid.

You need to wait until the arrow dries to the base. Only then should it be carefully removed. The orchid needs time because it can suddenly release new flowers.

Cut 1-2 cm above the bud. Remove the arrow with a sharp knife, the blade of which is pre-disinfected.

If you ignore this rule, the orchid may not bloom soon the next time.
