If you are a fan of potted plants, you probably have a desire to admire the flowering of your “green pets”.
Craftsmen from the people have a lot of tools in stock that help to accelerate the growth and bring flowering closer to indoor plants.
1. To begin with, you can “treat” the flowers with wood ash.
Thanks to the potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium it contains, the fertility of the soil increases, and at the same time the chances of flowering also increase.
All you need to do is sprinkle ash on the soil around the plants and lightly bury it into the ground.
2. Potassium, which is necessary for flowering, can also be found in banana peels.
To transfer it to indoor flowers, you need to prepare a solution based on fruit peels.
To do this, grind up banana peels and pour water over them. It should sit for a few days, after which the solution should be strained and poured into a watering can to moisten the soil in the pots.
3. Onion peel infusion is also respected among flower growers.
This is not surprising if you remember how many microelements it contains - all of them strengthen the immunity of plants and help them resist the onslaught of diseases.
To prepare the nutritious mixture, you will need several (2-3) handfuls of onion peels, as well as 1 liter of water.
Boil the liquid and pour it over the onion peel. After the dressing has cooled, strain it through cheesecloth to get rid of unnecessary "inclusions" and use for watering.
