Dimitri grew up on the classics of Tuscan cuisine, its traditions of local farmers and cooks. He shared his passion for his native cuisine with foreign tourists, organizing gastronomic tours, conducting culinary master classes.
Dimitri learned the basics of cooking while working as a sushi chef and then as a chef in Florentine restaurants, where he worked for more than 10 years.
Completed professional sommelier training and received the international sommelier degree AIS.
After moving to Russia, Dimitri continued to organize and host gastronomic events in St. Petersburg.
Having learned the language and acquired local skills, he opened his own Italian culinary center "ChefDate", which is entirely dedicated to cuisine, developing brand menus for restaurants and cafes, organizing culinary master classes, tastings, online culinary courses and many other events in this area.
